Hi guys,

Im having trouble taking the front screw out of the tank.
Taking the front bolt out is taking more effort than i thought.

I start undoing the nut and it goes fine for about 1cm but then after that it just locks up... and wont go any further. The thread is fine on the bolt - but it wont come.

I was thinking maybe it has a slight bend in the bolt? But it doesnt really look like it...

Anyone got any ideas?

 There's not two nuts locking together behind? otherwise sounds like the threads bruised, you can try WD40 or some CRC, might help.

Just be careful you don't want to strip the thread.......................

Back and forth for the next how ever long it takes. if it's bent it stuffed any way so go get a new one now.

Bikes only done 800km :S I would hope its not bent.

No - there is not two nuts. I might try using some wd40...

if it's that new take it back and have them do it

 obviously its stuffed,do whatever it takes ta get it off without any other damage to tha bike
