If I need to put std pipes on my flstfb lo with SE Heavy Breather SE pro tuner. has anybody done something similar, wanting an idea of how bike will run

Why ?

If it's to remove a yellow sticker for an EPA summons then it will run well enough for that.

Full time it will still run, but not the best.
