The TSS controls the turn signals. It also cuts the engine if it is dropped. They are designed to cut out after 20 cycles I think by memory.

It can be a little annoying.
Possibly fixed by removing a green white wire from the back of the speedo....

Give me the minor annoyance anyday, Wouldnt be a  week goes by (last time this arvo ) when i am giving way at a T  intersection to a bike on my right that has the left blinker flashing and he dont turn.Mostly Jap dirt bikes but many street.  As a rider in a cage i never assume  they are turning at my corner,be so easy to assume and take off . Bad riders you say who dont rmember to switch off the blinker, I agree ,doesnt help when Mrs Cage sees the blinker and pulls outin front cause she assumes he is turning. Swear and yell all you like if you can still talk after T boning her, and all you will get back is Sorry but you had your blinker on i thought you were turning., Not only bikes of course, the amount of dickheads that cant hear the car blinker is still flashing while they merrily drive down the road is my pet hate. Rant over  , will leave my auto off on and keep checking it like it was broke anyway  lol

Mate dont disconnect just get used to it, split second to look down and most times they will be off or you can always turn them off manually.

I know they are meant to be an advantage, but the can bus system is a little less responsive than traditional mechanical switches. I'm getting use to the indicators, but would be just as happy with the traditional motorcycle left, cancel, off switch on the left of the handlebars.

I like the self cancelling blinkers, probably the only great thing harley has put on their bikes.
