I'm a big fan of 'KISS' and 'less is more'.

This should tie in well with the 'festiva orange' I'm going to get painted on the airbox cover and rear guard.

 Can you get it in Kph, otherwise you might find yourself getting booked for speeding being 2 k's over the limit.

Also there is probably a ADR stating that the speedo must be in Kph after a certain year, anyone correct me if I'm wrong please.

Yeah...it'll be in kph (actually I'm going to get him to put both on there...kph being prominent). That pic is just showing the colour scheme I'm thinking of going with.

It'll be for my 'F'. A guy over on 1130 makes them. I just scanned and photoshopped this one so I could have a look and get some opinions.

I made a tool which looks like a two pronged fork. Slip it under the main part of the needle and gently lever it up and off.
The faceplate is stuck on with some sort of sticky backing. I just carefully peeled it up.

R34....looks great. I've been in touch with Angelo lately regarding another matter we've been looking into. He's a great guy...here's what he quoted me on his custom LED guage setups:

"For my 'gotten out of hand' Hobby I have two types of kits for the speedo.
The DCL VG BR 07 is static color, blue dial and red needles and is 85€ complete and shipped. The second kit is a set of two circuit boards that fit both inside the speedo and have your dial colors and needles changed in to multiple static color and many selectable changing effects by a two button remote. you can see the sets of static colors in the 'gallery'of the website. i also have a movie made from a 2009 muscle speedo with this mod build in because i think its the best looking speedo for a V... the link is in the last line of my signature below... The complet DCL RGB-R-07 kit is 230€.

there are pretty much V rods in Australia and you guys love mods.. even more than americans i think. i have send a few of all flavours 'downunder' already.
Just let me know what you want , have special requests or if you have any questions... the manual for the kit is on the 'products' page. the RGB manual i need to send to email if seriously intrested.

Mate of mine had a Pontiac when I was in Canada a few years ago. Had ALL red guage lights....looked wicked.
When I got home I changed all the dash lights in my Suburban to red LED's....looks great.
On an all black bike....a black guage with all red LED's would look awesome. Maybe I'll order another faceplate with all black face.
I'm tempted to 'de-solder' mine and change them for all red...or perhaps install a switch and make them able to be changed from stock to all red.

Yeah with Angelo's product I can select Red if I want

Can you post up a pic of ALL red? Needles included?
