Sportster Fuel Tank Years

    Anyone know when the sportster tanks changed.

    Got a 1991 Sporty, looking at fitting a 1998 Tank  I know anything after the 2002  will not fit they got a narrow chanel and wont fit the frame.

    hey panhead

    not 100% sure but i think in 1996 they changeg for fuel injection

    so 98 tank wont fit

    it will drop straight on no modifications ,  easy
