    Hi people my 2012 fatboy is in the shop with an oil leak, thay said i could upgrade to the 113 kit with a small labour charge for machining, $3,500 for the upgrade kit. My question can i import the kit cheaper and most importantly is it worth it

    What's included in the 113 kit ? Is it cylinders and pistons and Cams ? I take it yours is a 103 now ?
    Sounds like a good deal. To do it with parts from the US, the labour cost to reamove and tear down the motor for maching would be expensive.
    They must be covering most of that under warranty for the leak ??

    Thanks for the replys, mine is 103 atm and they will cover the labor charges while fixing the oil leak.

     my brother has a 113 kit in a 2010 street bob. the bike was bought brand new with 113 kit installed and screaming eagle slip ons and was dynoed at greens in newcastle at 118hp at the wheel. the bikes down the track and went 11.04 2nd run ever, rode it there and home too.

    bikes also been to the island and back from sydney and has done 16000km and hasnt missed a beat. 

    great fun motor that wheel spins all the way through first second and into third but is also fine to just cruise around on too.

    worth every cent for $3500!
