I didnt know the rear fender on the Superglide was plastic. Well thats what it feels and sounds like.

Try sticking a magnet on it .

Well I feel pretty fucking stupid. (nothing new) Yesterday I went to clean the fender and when its was touched it felt like plastic. I gat it a flick and it sounded like a hard plastic. I just went and put a fridge magnet on it and it stuck to it.
It must be steel. Certainly dont feel like it.
I might get the stupidest fucking comment of the year for this one. Fire Away boys!

Maybe it's metal impregnated Plastic or perhaps Plastic, painted with lead paint.
