G"day all. At the local Harley shop today, I bought a new gear shift linkage to replace the bland standard effort. Nice workmanship and heaps more quality in the new linkage. Ivé always wanted one for the the other 3 harleys i had but Tigger is the lucky recipient.

Easy to fit, takes about 10 minutes all up including taking the old one off .

They have heaps of different styles. Like all gin-u-wine parts, there not cheap at $163.86 retail, but i got mine for $147 bucks cash money, with my annoying customer discount of 10%, but i did choose to buy another H-D!

Anyway, i think it looks great and Tigger likes it too!

Very classy look mate. I am just looking at some different designs myself..........a mate has a lathe, wondering about doing something with his help.

Looks good. That is on my "To Buy List".

If I don't have one by Christmas it will be on the list of things I want. Give the list to the missus or kids as hint.

Wow, the bayonet looks different hey. I do wonder if the cops would have something to say about it though. Officer IDGAF could see it used as self defence after a quick whip off with the 1/2 "OE. (lol)

There are heaps of these shift linkages out there of all different styles, but holding it in your hand and looking at it might look cool, but actually seing the same thing on the bike might look over the top, or too much chrome if you know what I mean. Maybe  not onough chrome in some instances.

If anyone has any good ideas or interesting  pics out there of these things on ya bike, then please post em here so we can all admire them. Not just fleabay pics either.  After all, Sharing is caring.

Hey Burnzi, did  you and ya mate make anything up yet?
