Unfortunately the funds have run dry with the arrival of rugrat number two and the Fatbob is first toy I have to part with .  I purchased the bike from Frasers in Wollongong in 2009, didn't know anyone who owned a Harley and joined this forum, met a great bunch of blokes and gals.  Had some awesome rides to places I've never heard of, all made possible with the help of this site and people on it.  A big thanks to you all, I've had a blast and I will be back one day!  The kids are now my life and growing up without a dad, I'm going to make to most of it before they don't want to hang out with their old man anymore.

The bike is on Ebay, link below

Thanks again to all that run the site and the people I've riden with!  Take Care all

Great to hear that there is a bloke out there with integrity and grit.

May your family grow healthy and prosper.

You a part of this forum because of you being staunch not because you bought a marque of bike.
If you just want to down size give me a PM, a buddy in the shoalhaven has some cheaper bikes that could keep you in the wind..
He may even do a trade down.??

Easy choice I would think for you, family first. there will be other bikes in the future don't worry about that. Each day missed with the kids cannot be replaced.
    it's not an ending , it's just a pause

All the best FTBOB, open a harley savings account and put $50.00 a week in there, you'll be back on the road in no time.

I did the same thing mate, my recent purchase of my Harley was my second coming, I gave up bikes for 2 years... (well, my kids are 8 and 3, but they dont mind their dad popping out for a ride on a Sunday)

we'll see you back one day!

    Yeah mate, good to see.

Having a family is a real adventure, so many things to do, so many happy things.

The two boys I have left still live at home and we all get on well together.

I have just started riding again over the last 10 years and the family are cool with it .

Lots of fun when they hit their 20s though, parties etc, you have all that to look forward to.

Cheers FTBOB and have a good life.

I only bought my first Harley a couple months ago, and am not going to sell it either when any kids come along the way.
