    Hello Eveybody,

My Name is Gav, I would like to say Hello and introduce myself. I have read many posts on this website and have found it very informative place.

I have purchased a Kraft Tech Frame  and decided to build a bike over the next 12months. I have never had any experience working on Bikes in my life except for a gsxr750 (i never touched it, just rode it) which i have sold some time ago. I have been around the turbo cars for most of my working life and decided to hang the keys and wallet up on the rexy and do something more differant.

    Cheers

    Gav

    a) still taking the bubble wrap off the frame

    or

    b) realised he was completely over his head , chucked the frame under the house and went and bought himself a 2nd hand gixxer

Maybe he realised that it would be cheaper to buy a complete bike and start from there.

    Hey all,
    Thanks for the welcome!!!
Still waiting for the frame, ordered it through VPW. In the process of ordering and buying parts in the mean time, give me a few months and i'll probably tell you i way over my head :)

Welcome Gav....there are plenty of ropes (ropes I said not dopes) here to rescue you, a lot of members will have spares laying around gathering dust, that they may be willing to part with for a consideration...
Sounds like a great project and I sorta envy you for the fun and problems your about to have...she should be sensational when finished...have a look at the 'For Sale" section here, and there are thousands of parts on ebay, and ebay USA, that might be worth a look...
