G'day fellas, finally picked up my 2012  1200c last week, got the stage 1 kit ready to go, ie:  V&H pipes, Kuryakn High 5 Mach 2 a/c and V&H fuelpak. My question is has any body had any experience with kuryakn a/cs's. I work in the Pilbara  and in our down time we talk bikes, blokes were mugging off the hyperchargers and saying they are good for show but nothing else etc. Others say to stay away from Kuryakn all together. I bought on the strength of looks and add blurb. Your thoughts would be appreciated as don't want to put on and it doesn't do the job.   Cheers, Frosty.

Ps: The lads didn't know I had one until after this was said, so they weren't taking the piss.. :)

I've read the same about the hypercharger. Mach 2 was on my short list, nice looking a/c, anything is better than stock. Unless yr hungry for every last ounce of hp then it shouldn't really matter?

    Slap.

mate I have put the same air cleaner on my streetbob, it had a mopro filter previously & in my opinion it has made a major improvement gaining a few more gee gee`s it revs out cleaner & further & allows the bike to breath & looks much better than the Rolan Sands filters of the same style Im happy

Do hyperchargers have the same issue as heavy breathers in the rain?

Thanks for your input fellas, yeah it's a good looking a/c, mines got the larger than stock K&N filter so should suck the air well by all reports, on the strength of your collective input the Mach 2 is going on. Cheers fellas I'll report back how it went, Frosty.
