    He guys,

got the machinist at work to knock up a couple of parts last night.

Swing arm axle covers and front axle covers.

Not sure if the front axle/nut covers look to be sticking out too much?

    Should I shorten them 10mm?

The front ones would look better if they where flat, similar to the swing arm ones.(dont let the boss catch ya)

I thought about flat....but that's already been done.
    Was tempted to go pointy.
Spinning 10mm off them as we speak.

Just registered it yesterday Wayne...and now shit weather....so not much chance for riding (but LOTS of time for modding :-) ).
Drilled the mufflers this arvo (holy shit....that is soooo much better). Hopefully tonight the bar ends will get made, then it's onto paint....and finally build a complete new exhaust for it (I see a Destroyer exhaust for sale on Ebay....that'd be awesome...but I get enjoyment from designing/making my own stuff).
Lol! pegs on the axles. Those are for 'New Schoolers'. I raced a BMX back in the day. A PK Ripper (actually still have 2 of them in the shed) but there were no front axle pegs invented then. Lol! Only pegs I ever used were for holding the footy cards in the spokes to make the pushy sound like a....Harley! Lol!

    A few extra things....
    Bar ends.....still to be polished.

No more 'dogs arse'....Bracket was a little too flat at first....just required some adjustment.

Just need to TIG a small mounting plate into the back of the hole at the top of the plate so I can fix the light in place. Using the light out of the OEM side mount plate as it's a bit smaller than the light from the 'dogs arse'.

Nice work hquick. Like the axel ends. How are they held on?

Ended up drilling and tapping a couple of opposing grub screws in each one. I'll get some close up pic's

Very good work hquick, I'm about to make some stuff for my 'B'. I made up swing arm covers using a drill press and cutting tip in a drill press vice as no lathe. But that's about to change, should have one organised shortly. I wasn't aware of the 'pointy ADR ruling, on which part of the bike? On my other motor I've got a spike air filter is that ADR negative too?

Fair' nuff, may have to fix on an open k and n then. interestingly, I heard that in Victoria there is mutterings about bringing back a front number plate; if the same as the old days then there is a weapon right there.
