am new to this forum game so plz be patient

got a new 48 a couple a months ago and itching to do some mods

already have v/h slip ons stage 1 se filter and tuner,juat chasing some advise ideas on big tanks

for the 48,was thinking iron or nighster tanks but got quoted 700 bucks for a bare tank from the stealers and a

grand  for a painted version.havin trouble with aftermarket versions as few and far between for efi

any assistance muchos grasiass

spoke to the boy at great southern motorcyles where i bought her and i will get at least 10% off.

yer no worries,apprently their web sites been hacked and will be offline for a while.

sportster specialtys in the states do them, for about 200 ish for a raw steel tank. You'll need to seal the inside for peace of mind, and spray it then bolt up all your existing pump gear etc.

checked out add for tank but its a denim ,as i was chasing a gloss black which i thought would

match the gloss black guards better. just a matter of taste tho. ive ended up ordering a tank from my

dealer in albany in wa ,gave me agreat deal.will get it fitted next service.cant come soon enough as i nearly run out

of fuel on a run this weekend,150,ks and  .7 of a litre left. got to love country towns that close on sundays.
