Just back from a 7500klm trip from the Sunshine Coast down to Adelaide and return and disgusted with how fucked our roads are! The pot holes and missing tar has to be seen to be believed no wonder we had to endure 110, 100,90,80,70,60,50,40,25 and 10kph zones on the trip.

Try doing 10kph on a tourer fully loaded with a Highway patrol pointing a radar gun at you!

Hey Pauly, you must have done a bit of time on the Newell. Bloody roadworks everywhere since the floods. Sounds like a fair trip.

Stayed away from the highways as much as possible. Only used the Newell coming into West wyalong. Alpine way is a must and a fantastic riders road, highly recomend it.

Dont come to the Hunter Valley. Cessnock in particular if you dont want to see bad roads
