G'day all, My new Ultra was born and delivered just over a week ago. Woo Hoo.  Ivé just finished taking some pics after bolting some more goodies on. It's a bit more orange in the flesh than the pics make out. I love the colour, i love the ride and love the look of the black SE slip-ons, heat sheilds and SE Ventiator air cleaner. It's a spin out cruisin down the road listening to the stereo. I love my new beasty!

P.S. What do ya think of the black bits. I think i made the right choice but i am biased!

I had the dealer put on the SE slip ons and exhaust tips, heat shields, SE ventilator air cleaner, SE super tuner, Get a grip hand grips to get the full two years warranty as same as the bike.

When i got it home i put on the clear indicator lenses and orange globes, chrome led tail light, moved the number plate up above the tail light and removed the old numberplate bracket, orange SE spark plug leads and  head bolt covers. Still got some chrome hardware to put on the primary side, but will do that after ridin her a bit more.

One thing i noticed when i got it home was that the dealer did'nt clean it all that well. The motor and wheels are still very dirty and the paintwork seemed to have a waxy feel to it. Oh well it will give me something to do on the weekend. Lovin it all the same.

    Thanks for looking.

Thanks fellows for your great comments. After owning about 17 different bikes in the past, and the last 3 were harleys, it's definately a culmination of what i really wanted in for no 18.  I thought about it long and hard and knew what i wanted to put on the Ultra, but I had to visualise it in my mind cause there were no examples to go off. (to my knowledge) . But i think this one will definately be a keeper for a long long time.

Thanks again for your thoughts. Hutch

Thanks Tim and Wayne, Now you know why i was so impatient about waiting for this bike. Its funny you say that choppa, cause even with the other harley's, i wasn't half as excited to get them as i was with this one. Now i just need to get some time off work to ride the good thing.
