     The way I read it Free Standard Shipping, if you want it faster e.g. USPS Priority Mail you pay for it.

     Maybe I'm wrong with the free Shipping, you better double check.

    USPS priority is the normal way they post the stuff, ive ordered dozens of items off ebay from the states, but postage is getting very high now and you have to wait at least 2 weeks for the item to arrive.
