Chrome swingarm and axle covers

I have a fair bit of chrome on my 07 Fattie but hate the look of the black coloured swingarm.

Initially I had thought I would need to take the swingarm off for it to be chromed at quite some expense and time until I saw chrome swingarm and axle covers, which are well priced on ebay.  My local HD store can also get them in but at about double the cost.

Has anybody used these and how did they fit and look?

I need to find out if they will fit with my Big Radius exhaust.  If they don't fit but look and fit well, I might go to short shot pipes, which I have always liked.

I asked my local HD dealer if they sold HD branded covers but they stated they didn't and could order the Kuryakyn 7815 Swingarm Covers to suit my 07 Fattie. And they quote about $200 for the swingarm covers without the axle covers.

I can buy the exact same Kuryakyn swingarm covers in a kit which includes the axle covers for $180 AUD delivered to my door.

    Pictures below look pretty good....

    Hey,

I have a set on my 08 heritage, easy fitting & look pretty good too as well as relatively inexpensive.

Really dont know if the will fit with big radius pipes but a quick email to manufacturer should sort out your concerns.

    good luck
