    Any of you blokes with this kit, upgrade the oil pump and cam support plate??

    well ol mate havent changed anythin no oil pump cam thingy thing, my orthorised HD company said i wont brake it an im not peny pinchin ere no av  cause 2, i ask if engine needs somethin else do it regardless they said all is good and they no i thrash the livin daylights out of it, i regularly do 200ks an hour on bike rev limiter first  3 gears, i try not 2 but engines at peak so kwik i rarly av time 2 keep up 2 forward momentum let alone change up gears ,ive hit 220 ks an hour its easy bike still handels good ,geez i think i need 120 r motor well anyway i very happy wif motor mods , iget 200ks an a bit mileage an thats bein aggressive all the time, tyre is on way out but wiil run down 2 da end an beyond  by 4 now Shingles

    well motor goin good, well hasnt blown up or anythin not for lack of givin it da be geezez rode 2 beaudesert last week wif sum enthuseists ,me & dis fella got into it u mite say he was young &v rod rider i dont like those things ,anywayz  we were or he was not sure but he lept & i followed ,obviosly im & me no worry bout lines & stuff sorta gets in the way really if ya goin ya goin he tried 2 giv me a lesson how good he is on his v thing it wasnt yor average v thing comp pipes blak & somethin R on it well i put my best foot forward which i only av 1 anyway an see how close kood hang wif im, after all im young an full of beens an yes dat v thing went like hell ,but i was not far be hind even over 200ks i gave im a bit of space didnt sit rite on im didnt no how good rider im was an we were hangin off our bikes a fair bit goin round bends & shit not for average rider this stuff ,ive ridden like this all my life so is norm 4 me & kid went good on his v thing . i hit 220k easy but u mus hang on an sorta tuk a bit got very wobbly at front end around 200k ill look into this 2 try 2 get more down force  2 keep stable or sterrin damper i herd chin spoiler at bottom of downtubes will help wif stability ,u wood think bike wood b planted due 2 wieght but no is very nervous at that speed maybe mini fairing arond lights made out of metal stainlesss look good polished no plastik shit ,anyway thats the latest on bike performance & handleing that ive experienced since mods by 4 now Shingles

    give him a break mate, it's the best he can do, read all his posts and you will see he is not as well as some. but I think it just adds to the storey. Makes me laugh at some of the stuff he comes out with.

    Fair enough...They are damn good posts and I have enjoyed reading them. I just struggle with it - so it must be me then...lol

    Plus anyone doing 200+ on a Harley without a steering dampner has my respect!  (I have retro fitted a GSXR unit to my bike and the improvement in stability makes it a totally different bike to ride - 170 on a long sweeper without a wobble)

    i apolagize 4 me writeing but thats how words seem 2 be wen tryin 2 put on ere ,i jus use easy way 4 me to write this way qika i fink less typin only use 1 finga on keybord im 57 we ad slates wen i started school in bush .Well yestaday i piked up mate took im 2 weddin he was on bak in his suit so i thought will i or wont i fuk it it hit throttle told im hang on didnt av backrest on so off we goes flat out first 3 gears stop at lights ,he nearly lost helmet forgot 2 do up, his eyes were waterin like no 2 moro ,i sayz u ok yeah was reply ok light green off we go bridge comein up road comes up at an angle 2 bridge so it hits throttle as we get jus on brige an wheel is up a good 4 -5 ft in the air  all way across  brige 25mtrs or so i jus used throttle 2 control an clutch it was so in control i whish it was on film as brige finished i jus baked off throttle an used clutch 2 bring down gradually an soft landin mind u this in middle of suburbia behind casino broadbeach ,his wieght helped 100kgs on bak i used the power of engine didnt even slip clutch 2 get wheel up it was so smooth   an then i casually rode im 2 function he was best man ,well he certanly was after that he didnt say much wen he got off jus sorta walked away with watery eyes by 4 now Shingles

    yeah mate used 2 av those dampers on a lot of my sport bikes some even came with them standard ,mind u this bike was supposed 2 slow me down but bein a maniac of speed or adrenaline i cant explain it stupidity mite b the word ,but im goin 2 av 2 fit damper is there any specail damper an place that u placed item could u bolt on or welding involved 2 fit i would like your opinion on this plese Shingles

    yes mate charts on page 4 of this subject matererial under ozzymax as i couldnt post im not smart enuff 2 do dis photo or other stuff ,if i could my bike pilks an sound wood b on ere ,i sent email 2 ozzymax an he did the rest so its there 117hp & 117 ft lbs torque an its worth the money 2 put kit on ya bike standard 96ci say 66-70 hp at rear wheel an tourq say 79ft lbs so the difference is now u av a juice guzzlein tyre shredder an u jus dont start im up wait a minute an ride away ,these engines take a good ten minutes or more if u can 2 warm up properly yes u read it write i now it sounds wierd but its the truth u try an ride without warmin up enough an it jus wont go rite ive tried shop saz dont do that they installed in me u must warm up properly or u will do harm 2 engine the engine runs cold as there is so much fuel goin in injectors nearly twice size an throttle body 8mill bigger in diam u lose 80 -90 klm a tank in distance but thats the price u pay 4 performance i whish they came like this standard but 4 extra 4600 mod is reasonable an youll jus luv wen u r on it it will exite u an the noise is somethin else people move over on the highway they hear u b 4 they c u Shingles

    The pics are not the best as they are of the work in progress (i painted it all black but should really powder coat it) but they give you the idea of where its all mounted etc.  Its not that complicated.

    thats great info pics an all wish i new how 2 do that stuff ,anyway the posisition of damper at front in centre really works good in that posisition you said like u can really notice the change in waloing at bends  or more stable at straight line at high speed ,is that damper adjustable or is set an forget ,anyway thats a next step that i need 2 make stable in some way or another thanx mate i appreciate your time an effort by 4 now Shingles

    shingles if she has the wobbles maybe it's time to get the mounts checke out. It is getting a few years on it now so things will be getting a lilttle movement. If it's the arse end causing it then one of the positrac type units might be the go.
    Next time it's in the shop ask them to check the mounts and engine alignment before you go fitting a damper. Get all the suspension checked as well.
    You also said the tyres are getting down so that could have a part in it to.

    hi max bike only 20000 ks an da wobble is only at 190 k on other than that bike handles perfect in every way cant fault it really ,its jus wen im ridein in excess really an i suppose thats understandable not a race bike but trust me i av dis thing leaning way over u av 2 hang off quite a bit only if u goin in excess an bends titein up a bit but most riders not b doin dis anyway im an extremeist or nuts stupid idiot but i cant change ,i try 2 ride normal it sometimes happens but 9 out of ten ill hittin 180 or more every time i get on it it jus wants u 2 ,it doesnt like dis putin around shit ,i mean its like ill overtake car open throttle jus like u did wen was standard but now things r different once u twist dat grip hang on cause shes off like scolded cat a rush like tower of terror or somethin u cant ride this sedately jus doesnt want 2 idlein at lights gets attention u no how u hear a sick camed v8 car idlein u no dats mean well bikes like dat very cammy wat surprises me most as soon as u twist throttle its instant no hesitation in delivery its jus go unless uve riden harly wif dese mods its like yeah sure u sayin all diss shit how good it is bla bla bla but i had ridden mates bike his was 88ci wif 95 stage 4 an i went shit i want that stuff in mine an da rest is history ,u can buy new bike now they cum wif a 103 engin but its not even in da ballpark in performance jus a gimmik really u want go then these kits r gonna giv ya bang 4 ya buk cheapa dan buyin new model which no betta than ya last 1 .These r only my personal opinions an can b taken anyway u like Shingles

    Yep big difference between the 2 motors mate

    My 103 107 ftlb and 86 hp 3500 peak then drops off

    very big difference in the hp and the curve

    yours stage 4 112 ftlb and 117hp yours climbs all the way to the limiter

    just done a mates 2012 softail, put RS 575 cams decked head and a 1.9 intake made 110torque and 99HP

    did'nt touch the ports

    mines about the same with 254e cams but stock valves ..102hp 109 tq on a dyna

    well max yor bike is yor haven regardless of wat figures A mate jus blessed that u av one cause most guys now dont av bike no more u no marrige kids dat stuff morgage i vowed never 2 lose my my rite 2 ride ,an yes there was a patch were i had no bike then 1 day i went sumthin missin in my life an wen straight in bought new gsx suzi 81 model an havent been wif out a bike of sum sort ever since ,rode like 600 singles 4 yrs 2 work an aquired sum bikes cheap in paper make im roadworthy an sell im ive had over 50 bikes lost count rode every day even in rain now thats dedication but had no choice wife need car so u do wat u av 2 ,well other day dis ol guy cums over bangin on me door screamin about noise mind u he called my wife a hore a fukin cunt an every thing else then he came around 2 my bak gate screamin out shit as loud if not louder than me bike my wife had 2 chase im away so i could get out my own gate ,this guy not the full quid sumthin not rite how dare he loud pipes save lives an fuk im silly mental kunt no body else around us say nothin about noise i call it a symphony motor changes notes as it continues 2 warm an u no wen is right 2 ride there is all differnt sorts of rythems as slowly but surely motor finds its operating temp ,i let it run go inside get ready hav beer chek emails sort out tv hav a beer sit in recliner even wif door shut shes a bangin ok time 2 hop on a quik blip of throttle an u no if shes rite or not if rite out gate an on ya way smoke her up in first cant help it an u no u sittin on sumthin that will giv that rush of excitement of raw ground v twin power once i get 2 highway an can open up 1st 2nd 3rd by now u doin 160easy an im beggan 4 more well enough dis idle chatter 4 now an max my torke ft lbs is 117  but wats 5ft lbs between friends Shingles dis is colur of mine this jus apik of standard fatbob mine nothin like it now
