As it turns out that is exactly what I am looking at doing. Currently considering the following:
3.938" CP pistons (maybe Axtell)
bore standard jugs to suit
work heads 1.9 intake, 1.6 exhaust
ss585 gear cam
comp 10.5 comp
fueling lifters, quickee pushrods
not sure about TB yet, looking at either bore, port and polish existing or replace.
Exhaust is still an issue, I am currently scraping my VH BR2-1 so it might be a good opp to replace with a better pipe, not sure on that one yet still considering. I did notice in another thread here that you did a 107 build on a softy and had the heads worked, how did that all turn out? ok I assume? Was the blokes work any good? Cheers Pato

well got the bike back from getting tuned, numbers attached. All I can say is wow nice silky smooth power. exceptional manners, then hold on and twist the fun dial. open her up and she barks. very happy with the outcome!

Good fun aren't they lol, my front wheel comes up very easy or the rear steps out if powering on hard. Current back tyre isn't lasting too well ha ha
