cant wait to see them myself. the main reason for them is to reduce overall and unsprung weight.

but if they look anything like this I will be real happy.

I think being 18" rims rather then 16" opens it up from the disc

chrome rear pulley runs from $450 I just cannot see the value in them. And finding one with the right tooth count for me is no proving easy.
I think stock is 66 and I want 70. can get 68 but then for the ratio I am looking for I would need to do 30 th front which means opening up the primary.

I am just getting a pulley cover, cheaper and can't tell the diff when looking at the bike anyway,
Unless its important to yas to match the wheels?

Will post a pic of my last bike which had one when I get home if yas are interested. I reckon they

look great and fuck all to put on

yes mate about 2 weeks to go.

    Nicely blinged ther mate
The pulley cover does a great job no doubt.
I am wanting to lower the gearing so at some point I will be doing the rear pulley.
Just don't know if it is some thing I will do myself or not, rear no problem front I have no idea what to expect.

because it is one of the few that is available for the 2012 bikes.
Doesnt remain on the bike as some do.
It is also fully programable on the PC just like the Power commanders I have used before
AND I can adjust the settings for the speedo if I change the pulley's

They come with a map if you ask for one and yes it will not be perfect. But nor is one done at the local dyno shop for a large part of the year. Setting are relevant to air moisture, altitude, temp etc. As soon as those change so does the way your bike reacts. So a little of as a stock map shouldn't be to much of an issue.

    why arn't you out riding

I've got the exhaust inbound and I've got the air cleaner inbound (take two.....) and now I've got to make a decision on the tuner. It's a toss up between the SE, Power Vision and TTS Mastertune (which is meant to be GTG for the 12 Fatbob near the end of the month).
I too have had Power Commanders on all of my bikes since 1999 (excluding a Gixxer 750 and BMW F800GS) and have found them to be brilliant, which is the reason behind my interest in the Power Vision.

Oh yeah, I have been riding....I was, and am now again in the cool down part of the heat up / cool down cycle of running this baby in! A joy which you'll be experiencing yourself soon enough!

I looked at TTS because of it's ability for self tuning but it's been available at the end of the month for a few months now. I guess since I bought the PV the TTS will be out now. haha.
Since I intend to do pipes and AC striaght up I need something and with the plan for pulley change the choice is limited. I didn't want to go SE then change latter nor did I want to leave the pipes and AC off waiting on TTS.

Running in is no issue for me. Just ride the thing in the back blocks with out reving it's head off or lugging it. Trying to get 3 days off work following a weekend when it arrives and go do it straight up. I don't care how long it takes to get used to it I am just gonna ride it till it's done.

What pipes did you go with?
