Hi There , just thought i'd introduce myself ,I'm from Bendigo central vic .I have recently just upgraded from my trusty old shovel to an fxstc 08 & loving it! I,ve had it for about 7 weeks now & put a couple of thousand k,s on her in first 4 weeks on weekend cruising.
3 1/2 weeks ago i hurt my back at work while lifting ,so i have been flat on my back ever since, Although i have managed to hobble into the garage once or twice & even managed to give my bike a quick wipeover with a bit of polish. The doc reckons i,m gunna be pretty well layed up for at least the next few months so I thought id jump on here & keep in touch with the real world .
My last bike was a 76 flh shovel which i had for about 6 years , which i rebuilt along the way & had a lot of fun. I ummed & arred about upgrading for ages cos i just loved that old shovel! (sad to see go, but no regrets now!)
Previous to that my first harley was an old WLA which was also an awsome project!
But i must say i love this new softy & although i won't be on it for at least a couple of months it gives me the incentive to get back on the mend a lot faster & something to really look forward to!
So i reckon if i'm not sitting buying bits & pieces off ebay for the new ride , I guess id like to hang out here!
