gday men ,just wondering if anyone has fitted a later model disc wheel and caliper to a old (solid round) ironhead swing arm ??

i just picked up a 96 rear wheel and caliper and was wondering if anyone has any info that may make the conversion easier

 you will have too machine different or machine out the axle adjusters  as long is not too wide it will go  set-up proper my friend has a beaut  1973 sporty  flat tracker  street bike with a rear disc brake , they are the 3/4" axle hub you have being a 1996
