Hi all.

I'm in the process of importing an 07 wide glide from the states and need to find a kmph speedo for it.

I'm not having mutch luck finding any info on the net, so can anyone tell me the p/n or size of the 07 speedo (ie 4 ,4 1/2 ,or 5 inch)

I have the 2010 parts cat..... but all of the p/n's I have tried from there come up as discontinued lines.

i put an 07  5" speedo/tach in my 08fxdc  and it worked , except 07s dont have a clock.

has 67204-04c on it   is silver faced , low km

good chance it will fit $120   

Thanks scouser,I had'nt looked down the aftermarket road yet but that might be the way too go as HD did'nt bring out anything
outstanding for the 07 range.
Yeah Pat I have a stock 5" out of my 2010 FXDC I was hopeing might fit but I can't find any info to tell if it will or not so I might
just have to hold of till the bike arrives and find out for myself.

have a later one too ,the plug is the same

09 and  later i think the kms eprom is in the computer not the speedo.

got mine for $250 ebay.  ( peter $tevens wanted $830 what a rip ,probably better now as was 68cents exchange rate,  rrp usa $ 499 )  search  "  harley kph " " karley kilometers" and" harley metric"   got one for a mate  in black $230

Cheers Pat,Yep thats the one I was looking at but when I tried that part# in a couple of the dealers sites it comes up as discontinued.
I think if I have a better look around I might still be able to find one,as you say I'll try ebay and some other sites.

Are the "importers/compliance" mob not supposed to supply and fit a Km/H speedo as part of their government deal ?

And their deal with you as well. They charge enough for a left dipping headlight and a Km/H speedo as it is FFsake !!

Now that's the RAWS mob , the workshop who do " the conversion " to Australian compliance.

As far as I understand the Govt bullshit , they HAVE to do the work , you CANNOT do it yourself .

Now some places fit a brand spanking NEW Km/H speedo and others have the MPH speedo "refaced" with Km/H markings.

I spent some time working on imported Yank cars , RHD conversions etc etc ( a REAL conversion FFsake !) and we had speedos refaced to Km/H all the time as original Km/H speedos had never been made for those cars ! The instrument tech here in Perth did a real good job at the time. Still read the ODO in miles of course !

Yes Retroman the importers do everything for you but because I know the bloke and I have a set of stock pipes,speedo and some
other bits of my FXDC he told me I could use them and save some $$$ on the deal.As for the speedo ,I would rather get the one I
like rite of the bat rather than get him to just put a stock one on for compliance and then replace it later on.

paid 296.00 for a OEM speedo from HH calibrated to the miles on the bike for a twin cam I am importing
raws shops can also just put a kph sticker on your speedo face as well

I have so much "stocK" stuff in my shed gathered over the years I need to do it that way as well !

Phuck paying some cNut compliancer for some stock summat I already have...

There's no reason why you can't use your own parts Retroman,as long as they meet the standards.
That was one of the questions I asked when shopping around for an importer to use and even the
bigger mobs like Geezers in QLD said yep no worries just ship the parts you want used to us and we
will fit them for you..

08 has clock.  You might be missing constant feed for it
