Mate I'm super interested in this, just did the basic engine oil and filter change and changed plugs, but not so sure about changing primary oils and adjusting clutch and a few other bits and pieces. Can you shoot me a pm with your details and I'll give you a buzz. Cheers mike
Spent 4 hours nearly last Saturday putting S&S mufflers on an old mates newly built Lehmann trike , a " kontova job " !! That included a 3 hole oil change, clutch lube and adjust , and a TTS retune of the ECM to accomodate the now hugely long exhaust!
More like a touring exhaust now with true duals. Actually REALLY good engineering as I discovered under there. Like working on a wee car in some ways. We reversed it up onto my car ramps to afford access underneath Bike runs well and he's " delighted ", he's 84 and wanted to keep riding as long as possible
He had the Lehman trike kit built onto a 2008 Anniversay Dyna he had had from new
It had the stock Dyna mufflers ( to pass the pits after the build ) and they were blunting it's MOJO bigtime !!
He has S&S slashcuts from new , but they did not work with the trike body , had to fit S&S tapered to look right.

Had to faff around with that one a wee bit , as not many Harleys had the Delphi EFI in WA in 2002
Turned out the bike had a stock tune all those years FFsake..This was the second owner and he did not know if it had had an older Power Commander PC3 or similar in the past as it had come over from South Australia.
This was an "Aussie" bike from new, not a recent used Yank import.
NEW BIKE the owner tells me ( no wonder !) , pulls well thru' all the gears and no decel popping

Dyna12's bike serviced and reflashed. He already had quite a few mechanical smarts as it happens. Got a SEPST calibration from a tuning mate in the US for his mods, Heavy breather and V&H slip-ons Hopefully all is good
Service went well, new calibration has stopped the decel popping tho was a bit aggressive on the spark timing causing detonation on acceleration. As sugested by Gregg, copied the stage 1 map spark timing table to the new map supplied and all is good. May run the smart tune process to fine tune.
