is the tank vent blocked or partially blocked?

Pull the Crank Position Sensor and give that a clean, also maybe check your coil as it maybe breaking down under load. I find it funny that it is not throwing an codes, at least you would have a starting point with a code. As the fault is only when under load that gives you a starting point. Possible coil or plugs breaking down. TPS is a possibility, Using an ohm meter just check the TPS for any adverse readings when twisting the throttle hard and normally. I am leaning towards an electrical break down in the firing system when th engine is placed under hard acceleration. Now as the bike revs to RED Line and they have electrical cut out at what ever revs it is set at, maybe the ECU is not resetting itself after applying the Rev limiter? Can you change the rev limits in your ecu and then do a run and compare the two? Something to look at.

Other than that I'm out of ideas.

The TSM could be the issue. They cut in when the bike is lent over a certain angle. So if the bike is dropped it cuts all power to the engine. This is from the 04 Service Manual.

The turn signals, starter motor, ignition controller (ICM/ECM),
fuel pump (EFI models) and coil will be disabled in the event
the vehicle tilts more than 45° from vertical for longer than
    one second.

The engine will shut off automatically if the vehicle tilts more
than 45° from vertical for longer than one second. The engine
will automatically shut off even if the tilt occurs at a very slow
speed. The odometer displays “tIP” when a tip over condition
    is detected.
To restart the motorcycle after shutdown has occurred:
    1. Return the motorcycle to an upright position.
    2. Cycle the ignition key OFF-ON before restarting the vehicle

Mate it maybe the problem lies with the TSM module on the bike up behind the oil tank....

You might have a dodgy TSM module. If you can borrow one for a test it would eliminate that problem, then you have to look at other things. I know a couple of blokes on here have had problems with their TSM's . Ended up swapping them out and that fixed their problems. However I don't know if they had the same issues as you

Sometimes the Crank sensor can get dirty which will have an affect of the running of the motor, but I would expect that it would be continuous not intermittent. Do one thing at a time and then do a run. That way you will be able to identify exactly what the problem was. If it is your TSSM it will need to be replaced for your alarm.

K that's it for me. It will be something simple and stupid. I think you are on the right track being electrical though. TMax 36 pin connector cleaned and greased (does need wriggling now and then for positive connection, nothing new as it’s been like this since new) This you mentioned, have you done the wiggle test to see if that is issue

Arh ! so why didn't you tell us in the begining that you removed the bell  , could have saved a lot of greif ! ,,,,,,,,,,

But in all honesty, I do think that you're correct in thinking that it was a high pressure water blaster gremlin  that is responsibe.
