It looks someone's bullt a custom FXDB with the XR front end and swingarm.
I'm sure it's not a production bike.  It's not new by the look of the front and rear disc wear marks.

I followed your link Pat , the bloke achieved what he set out to build , a factory looking custom bike . The attention to detail is great , the tank with FXDX on it , perfect , lot of work to the swingarm converting drive and brake to other sides , then powdercoating for factory look . Sitting the bike in a crate with protection on tank and muffler was the finishing touch for a fine hoax . The back sitting too high is the only thing that doesn,t look right.
