Im getting new bars with internal wiring, apes, chrome clutch and brake lever, all new cables, clear tail light cover with LED bulb and chrome lower belt cover and a oil tempurature dip stick. They are having trouble getting the bars from the states, they were ment to be here now but i am still waiting, the wait is killing me

I need to get the chrome dash for the FXDSE2 for my Street Bob and some cams to wake up the engine a little more.

Still gotta do throttle cables to finnish the front end then Ill prob. start at the back and do the caliper and lines plus other stuff I haven't looked into yet, then on to the engine for a internal warm up and wrap it up with chrome everthing, by then I might have finnally chosen some wheels which will just leave the paint to be done. Should only take 2-3 years by which time the pipes will have rusted out and on it goes.

 Things i want to do..........Well if everything goes right i will be trading my 95 flrh to a 08/09 roadking classic

And if things go wrong i will be opening a SAVE the FINNY Foundation And all the funds go to the new bike and BLING And Jack Daniels

might swap the bars to mini apes, rear suspension change for ride comfort, some black bling & an air intake.

When I bought the RK I did the S&S Ovals, Aircleaner, chip etc. Have been wondering what to do with the seat and bars, but not rushing into anything yet. Long term I would love a set of Fournales for the rear end. Basically I'm happy with the Black Betty as it is now. Oh yeah, a GPS for the interstate trip later would be good......might start a thread on that.......TC

Fitted new fork springs, upgraded the brake pads, fitted a fork brace, just fitted a hypercharger and a stage one carb kit to go with the screaming eagle mufflers and upgraded ignition system and leads.

Next on the list is a D&D 2:1 exhaust and a decent set of cams, I'm not going to fit any bling, if it doesn't help in performance or handling it doesn't get fitted. In fact I'm getting rid of the chrome on the bike.
