    Coal Face Poker Run (SA);

    Cruising the Flinders Rangers on the way to Leigh Creek for the after-run party with live band & full bar facilities.

    NO BYO, NO GLASS NO DOGS NO ATTITUDE

    Friday night 11th, catch up at the Austral Hotel Quorn

    Starts 10 am 12 May in the main street from the Austral Hotel

    Mate at this stage it looks like we are going. One of our members who works at Leigh Creek is organizing the run from our side. It's all still in planning atm. but he is offering up Free B&B for us ( probably at the mine site or something. ). I got an email from Hemmy asking about this last night. I will see some of the blokes tomorrow on the Black Dog Ride so should have some more info after that.

    local digs, lucky buggers, my group are staying in cabins at the caravan park Saturday night
    we are riding up to Quorn Friday, staying in the pub that night

    At this stage it looks like we are riding direct to Leigh Creek on the Sat. Bunk up then catch a shuttle into the venue. That's as much as I know for now. All still in the planning stage howver they better get their shit together as it's in a couple of weeks.... Another lost weekend killing brain cells. Then the long and painful ride home........

    well it was run and done, I never one the gig but had a win in the face to names.

    to all that never went, It was my first poker run, and you guys missed a great day, weather and a ride.

    Good to put a face to another forum member's name Soap. What a great weekend, awsome run, and awsome party. The food was incedible and a big hats off to the Desert Riders for putting on such a great gig.

    We will be back for next years run for sure.
