Hi Everyone,
I'm eagerly awaiting the delivery of my very first Harley-Davidson. I've picked up a 2010 Iron 883. It is still awaiting final payment and I'll be picking it up in mid-May (it's about a 9 hour ride from my place). I've been riding a Hyonsung since getting my L's and P's and looking forward to sitting back and cruising. Done with sports-type bikes for now.
Like most of the threads I've seen here, I'm keen to start making it mine. The previous owner had already inverted the mirror (and removed one) but I'm eager to:
Now being brand new to the forum, I suspect I should hold my questions for the appropriate threads (and of course after running a few searches!) but glad to be here. Very excited.

I see you are weaning off the sports bikes slowly, hence the sporty?
I have also read your open letter to Optus & felt a touch of deja vue. I think it could be sent to almost any service provider, beit phone, internet, electricity etc. It is something I'm sure we have all thought about so kudos for actually sending it. Their response was 'as expected' though...
