Greetings to all,
I am bravely traveling out into the world of the web. I have always found it easier and more fun to just get on the bike and go somewhere, but since it is the 21st century, here I am.
Look forward to hear news from down under.
I am currently in Vietnam where I recently completed a quest to ride all significant hiways, and many insignificant byways, where no Harley has been before. 31,000 miles in an accumulated 22 months of riding - I did have to work sometimes and the bike was stored for a year while I was in Lao. One heck of an adventure and challenge, and I live to tell the story.
Talk at ya later,
Ride safe,
6gear
I was over there recently......how do you get through the scooters....they are so dense in HCM City that you could use them as a bridge, lots of fun though.....buggared if there were rules...just go with the flow....anyway welcome and looking forward to some tales....
Thanks for the welcome.
Hey Jacks, glad to hear you were over here enough to see just the surface of what it is like. The motos are the biggest obstacle on the roads. I will post some photos and an intro to my Tales from the Trails.
But today I must ride down to Saigon to pick up my India visa. Going to Kashmir to ride over the 12,000 ft pass Srinagar to Leh.
Later,
Welcome
Welcome 6Gear hope you enjoy the forums and sounds like a great trip you did there.
