I have a 2007 wide glide with big shots staggered and stage 1 SE high flow filter kit also a super tuner fitted.

Heres where the fun starts, My dealer tells me he cant tune the fucking thing properly as he has not done enough development with those pipes and the 96 cube engine.

they spent 3 hours trying to tune it last week and had no luck, its running like a pig back firing bad and popping on decell.

Does anyone know a decent custom map for my set up or where I could get one????

this is driving me mad.....

WTF who is the dealer? I can't help with a map either TTS here as well. And how long has the 96cu engine and the pipes been around. It sounds like the tuner doesn't know what he is doing.

Have you tried google or one of the US Forums. It needs fuel on Decel to stop the back firing etc

they only tried the smart tune option, for 3 hours though..... Dont want to slag the dealer off AJ, but you only need to look where I come from. I think it is getting heaps of fuel because it is going like a train, but sounds like the train has a tail gunner with a shotgun, firing at will.

Yes it makes a difference. Yanks don't have the flapper valve shit we get here in Aus'

Those pipes are indeed the hardest to stop decel popping. The ones with the "power chamber" as V&H call it are a wee bit better

Again I'm a "TTS guy" and there are sites in the US where you can download TTS dyno tuned MAPS for specific applications and builds.

That site ( Kuryakyn ) has MAPS or Calibrations for V&H pipes available

See if you can websearch somewhere for similar super tuner MAPS

On a 2007 are you sure it's a "super tuner " and not an older SERT the dealers sold until 2008 ?

Yes mate definately a super tuner, the pipes have the power chamber, and it is an import.

MY 2011 FXST is tuned perfectly with a S/E pro race tuner and on deceleration sometimes pops and blows flames, i reckon its fucking cool! lol
