Welcome mate, i hope your prices are good and consistant as there seems to be different prices at different stores....etc. There is the potential for a large customer base if you give us the "best" prices on parts without having to find that it can be found cheaper by making another phone call.

Jess ..welcome mate.You should have a word to the sales manager and tell him to kick some arse in the showroom.I was in Melbourne 2 weks ago fo the day and had to drive past your store and stopped to look at a bike.But after standing around for quite a while at the bikes no one bothered to serve me even though they appeared not to be busy !! So I left !!
