I like the fact that they've gone back to a slimmer rear tyre, the bars don't do a lot for me but but they're easily changed. To be honest though I reckon the Sportster 72 does a much better job of being a retro styled Harley (I'd happily have a 72 sitting in the garage as a 2nd bike).
Normally dont like white walls but this bike just works.

Had a test ride on softail slim today, nice smooth cruiser and very easy riding. Hopefully going order to one soon in denim black with some staggered short shots
my softail slim arrived last friday, still need to change a few things but its a good start.
thats the stock seat mate, good for around town but not so good for long rides.
my RSD grips, levers and fork brace have arrived. ill post pics once fitted.
fitted the new RSD fork brace, grips and levers, also going to get the wrinkle black primary cover and rocker covers fitted when i get my first service done.
Awesome day.........Missus gave me lift to Newcastle. Buy the blackest Harley Davidson Softail Slim i could find. Ride to Singleton. Spend a couple of hours with a few great mates. get home after a lazy 200 kms, eyes stinging, sunburnt, windburnt splattered and with bug guts............ F#CK YEAH.
