Removal of stains from satin finish Exhausts

    Has anybody had luck removing stains from their satin exhausts and how did you do it? eg. scuff marks from boots etc.

    Sorry about the earlier small print, don't know why it did that, did use the xx-large Size option.

     Good ol fashoned turps on an old bit of rag does the job nicely. Do it slowly, let it soak into the mark or boot scuff, if you rub to hard or quickly,  you will leave a slight shiny or polished spot, and end up with patchwork pipes!

    Is it stainless? Wonder how you'd go using a bit of 'pickling paste'?
    You'd have to do the whole exhaust though.

     No it's not Stainless, Thanks for the reply's I'll give FLHuTChu's method a go.
