has anyone dont this to their bikes? if so what size did u go?

I been thinking about doing it and wondering where to get the kit from.

off to uk/europe soon and was thinking about looking into it there.

Or get a mate from the states to send me the kit from there

There is a kit for about 1700 USD which includes the swing arm and I believe a 200mm rear. You will need to check the xlforum. The biggest you will get on the standard setup is 160 on the Metz 880 marathons

yeh i seen kits for about $1900 with a wheel, rear fender, swing arm, axel and belt etc..

figured if i get someone from the states to get it they could check it all in for me.

Havent managed to find anything in uk or europe yet and im unsure if its even much cheaper there than here

Locally I have seen quotes around the $10k mark.... I promptly said no thanks in the politest possible way

Iv'e seen kit from the States and there Junk, , I know Luke at G works makes one

yeh ive seen a few different things. Kinda wanted to check with people what they have used in the past etc.

 

It's one of those things do u start spending this kinda money on this? or do u get a new frame and start a new project?

I don't think the investment is worth it, but that is a personal preference.
