Welcome on board Granox; I was just admiring yur ride in the 'Show ya Softail' thread. Who did the bags? Can you advise a contact and a price (PM if you prefer)?

Not lookin' to copy yours, but I have a '98 Springer and I'd like a roomier set of bags similar to the stockers. In dark brown.

 

 

The conchos are actually Indian head nickles every odd one the Indian head shows and every even one the buffalo shows and the bullets are real only no powder and primers are used. The guy that made them also did all the leather work for the TV show Terra Nova. Bags will cost about $1600 a pair and Tool bag $300.

I agree the 'quick detach' is the way ta go and I didn't realise they had 'em up the road in Rollies! I'll be following up on all the good info, much appreciated.
