Thank's for the history lesson Steve, it brought back memories of when I was a teenager in the 60's, cruising Chapel Lane in the Cross with mates to look at the hooker's, then go down to Harry's for a pie and peas...I must go to the Powerhouse Museum and look at the old caravan again...cheers

What a day for a great ride & it was good to meet the Newcastle crowd & also meet some of the new guys from the Sydney side. It was also good to se the better halfs along for the day as well.
What a fabulous day!! many thanks to Steamer and Rick. Whilst it took awile to get to the pies the meandering ride through the Hunter Valley was excellent.
Great to meet some new guys with their very individual machines and of course renew friendships. Now for a couple of scotchs
It was a great day no doubt. Enjoyed the ride very much, great company. It's been a long time since i've had the bike out. Mutha and i look forward to the next opportunity.
