Hi all, first time on here, i don't ride a Harley but have a love for V twin engines. I have a few questions Regarding the 60 degree V twin engine.
Do the rods still share the same crank pin or does it use a offset pin now, unlike the 45 degree engines?
The firing order on the 60 degree, does anybody know what it is, im aware that if the degree between the V is increased the firing order is changed, example 90 degree V twin may be more balanced but more uneven firing.
Last one im assuming all v twin engines, modern engines anyway have the cylinders slightly offset if using the same crank pin so both rods can connect to the crank journals, unlike the fork arrangement of connecting rods.
Thanks all
