now there seems to be a few people in the hunter i'll throw the idea out there for a one day or 1/2 day ride start at maitland to Stroud for lunch?

Let us know the date and i should be able to come along ,

Stroud pub is a great spot. Rode up there a few weeks ago on a wim. Had a nice seafood basket in the large out door area behind the pub.

I went through the backway to Seaham then Clarencetown, Dungog and on to Stroud.
Can't make that week, but am out riding every weekend, weather permitting. So hope to go on the next one.

For once I wont be working so i might finally get to ride with u guys. April 1 is the end of daylight saving I think.

Hey has anyone been on the road that goes from Gloucester over to Nabiac? Any good?

Decided this morning, as It was my day off to go for a ride up-to Stroud and have a meal at their pub. Left Maitland went upto Stroud via Clarencetown a lot of road work, after we had a lunch came back to maitland via dungog some of the pot holes were a bit of a challenge, but overall better than I thought it was going to be. This is the pub at stroud, If anyone hasn't been there.

Parking at the rear of the pub, nice undercover area with tables.


The meal was quite good, excellent value.
 

The sunday meal range between $13-$18. Hope everyone can make it, It will be a great day.

Looks like I may be able to make this one my first venture If I'm allowed to come haha.

Will confirm this in the later coming weeks.

Thanks everybody for turning up for the ride, 12 people in total. Great meeting up with new and old members, even pizz come over from the dark side, upload some photo's when photobucket works for me, and it was a good start in the morning when i arrived at the BP, scar and ronnie were already there, everyone else turned up by 10:15 gave it another half hour to see if anyone else would turn up, filthy phil lead the way, we left BP to morpeth through clarencetown to stroud, granny and baz turned up and met us at stroud, everyone had a good lunch, few drinks and a lot of talk and then we all went our merry way.
