But WHY in the names of all the gods would you want to install one of those POS.  They were laughed at in the 80's when they first hit the market and nothing has changed in the meantime to make them less gay.  (can you tell I'm not a fan...lol)

10 years, blimey where did that go.....
Don't mind these fuckers mate, they bored, you new, not that I disagree with them entirely but we all see things differently, I had a hypercharger on my sporty in the 90's, mounted normally mind you, so to what you are asking I would hazard a guess that the bend and flanges are a one off custom thing, I do shit like that, make stuff no one else has.....or probably wants for that matter but I digress, so you will need to source a bend and depending on material choice make two flanges to suit.
As for ideas on what to use, maybe you could base it off a HD Heavy Breather, the older style swivel type, not saying that would work but it will at least have one flange and a 90° bend, alternatively a stainless elbow from an exhaust shop and make the fanges out 1/8 ss plate, tack it up to test and make adjustments to suit how you want it.
Good luck mate, put up a pic if you go through with it.

So... back to the OP.   I think its going to be easier to buy a mandrel stainless steel (or plain steel) bend and fab up the 90 degree turn.  Shoudl not be that hard actually.  Pretty much what GB said above.  Make sure you you build in GOOD support brackets (but hidden) as the vibration on that thing will be high.
