Mate, I'm in Perth and know the pits all too well.

You will need a Km/H speedo , Km's only , (not MPH and Km/H like the UK !) Get one outta Canada best bet if you don't score one in the US
May be a good time to get the one with the "revcounter in the speedo". I have seen Km/H speedos on US ebay for $100 USD

Headlight must dip as a "right hand drive" ie dip left. Aus/NZ / Japan and a few others are the same as Australia. Cheap here mate.

Your actual indicators will be fine, just off until you indicate. Some yank bikes they're "on" all the time. That's a wiring thing and easy enough.

You will not pass the pits with that 2:1 mate , sorry. Pick up a stock OEM 2007/8/9/10 complete system from a Nightrain / Heritage / Softail custom/ Standard they're all the same. Make sure you've all the brackets and heatshields for it. And yes, they're KINKY for that mate, got a decibel meter and everything...

They will not look for the Euro flapper mate, so don't worry about that. None of the recent US imports to here have to have it

The bike will need a red rear reflector, facing rearwards, They are fucking KINKY for that one as well, above or below the number plate

PM me in Perth if you need anything else mate , and I'll give them 2 cases of beer a good home !!

Retroman, how do you think i will go with this fella?

I can get the longer dangly bit for the reflector and number plate for $5, replacing the tail light assemby is a bit more stuffing around.

I have all of the other stuff covered off.

    Regards

    Terry

    That will do ya. Perfecto

I strongly suspect the light will be AOK as well, as loads of folks have fitted them here already.
