I am in the process of up grading my mild 103 + cam kitted dyna with a Tman 107 kit build will be as follows.
Bike has already been fitted with a 30t front pulley and a 68t rear.
Tman forged pistons +19cc dome
Tman stage 4 heads + vulcan support plates + S&S roller rockers
Tman 662-1 cams with upgraded cam bearings
SE tapered adjustable push rods
Fueling cam plate + oil pump + race lifters
55mm HPI throttle body with 1.8 manifoild to suit his stage 4 heads
VPC clutch
D&D fat cats with big bore baffle
Should get along quite well, will let you know the outcome after it has been to the dyno.
Bottom end had .002 runout Tom from tman said it would be ok if the bike was ridden without flogging to death all the time or dragging it a lot. He has built a fair few bikes with these kits without to many problems he said the cranks aren't as bad as everyone makes out. Anything bigger he recommends a crank rebuild I suppose I will find if he is bullshiting me in the near future.
Already got a se spring in her now will us it with the vpc
Sounds like fun!...........reckon the hardest part may be not floggin it to save the crank!!
Interested to see the results too!
