Got home a week or so ago, then a couple of days later, couldn't find the key to my Iron. Wasnt with fob or disc lock key (where it is always kept), looked in all the obvious places, checked jeans, jackets etc, washing machine, driveway, everywhere I could think of. I rode home, so it must be here somewhere! Used the spare key in the meantime.

Thought if it doesnt turn up in a week or 2 I'll buy some blanks from EBay and get them cut.

It turned up on Saturday - guess where? IN THE BOWL OF THE MIXMASTER IN THE PANTRY!!

How does that happen? I don't have little kids (youngest is 15 and I know it wasnt him), must be those BLOODY FAIRIES AGAIN! You know, the ones that steal your sockes etc..........

Same shit happens in my house with small things going missing. Then a couple weeks later it will be sitting on the dinning room table. My daughter used to tell me about her imaginary freind when she was four years old and you could hear her talking to her. Strange thing is I still see a shimmering outline of a small girl at times in the old house. Normal shit with doors slamming closed and hearing foot steps at night but our Pitt bull terrier gets spooked when he hears loud thumping on the walls.

I like putting other peoples sunnies in the freezer when I'm at their place. I never tell 'em it was me. It's just one of those mysteries in life that will haunt them for a while if not forever!

Great stories, but here's one on the subject and don't ya just hate misplaceing your key. A while ago i bought the ex a honda 250 custom and took it for a spin one day. got back, put bike away, got changed the usual. next time to go for a ride cant find key, and I only got the one when i bought the bike 2nd hand, and didn't get a spare cut.  Well we looked and looked, nuh no good. Spanners came out, took off ignition barrel, went to key smith who cut one to the barrel,(and a spare) came back and put it back in, went riding, all good. Found the key  when i put my old shorts on a year later  to do some "dirty work". You had to be there.

My ex was ALWAYS misplacing her keys. But her standard line was, "I gave them to you - what have YOU done with 'em?"

Yeah right, like that happens! But that was nearly a daily ritual and it drove me f*ckin' mad!

Part of WHY she's an EX!!
