Iv'e got a Deluxe rear guard that I want to get widened to suit a 200mm rear.

Iv'e got the equipment to widen it with a flat peice but not with the slight curve which looks better.

So just wondering if anyone has done this and who they have used.

Thinking of doing the same with my deluxe guard also, except I was thinking of a 180 tyre. Looking @ lacing a rim off a '09 or later Road King Classic to the stock hub there by retaining the same diameter wheel with the wider RK Classic white wall tyre.
