I was talking with my missus re Mary Hopkins (from previous thread) and she mentioned another icon Helen Reddy. Anyway we looked her up on youtube and spent half the night down memory lane. She truly was an aussie icon who made it big in US in the early years. She made millions yet chose to come back and live a simple life in Sydney. Thanks, I remember her from back in the day. A very strong voice and and an independant thinker. I didn't realise she'd returned to OZ.
