Hi all , bit late saying hello to everyone , was trying to post pic as well . Still not real good with computer , have the 11yo brains trust working on it . I,m Tim from Adelaide , 44 , and feeling ever fuckin year of it , been a bad start to 2012 . Been riding since 17 , bought my first new bike in 1986 . Bought my first Harley last Nov , and have done over 3000km already , and I don,t ride it to work , just can,t keep off it . I bought a black 2012 Super Glide with S&S tapered slip on pipes dealer fitted . I have removed reflectors , added a detachable sissy bar and had forward controls fitted ( mid controls too cramped for 6` 2' rider ) . Have just ordered a pair of 430 series progressive rear shocks to stop the bike bottoming out. I ride ever where with my 11yo boy, he loves it ,and the pub counter lunch as well. I,ve never loved a bike like my Harley . Cheers everyone , Tim.

Hey Tim and Scouser i dont have any kids but can i come along if i strap my big Teddy Bear on the back LOL
Scouser my wife wont get on the back of my bike. That is what i ment by Teddy Bear.Plus if you mean the other type of Teddy i just havent got the figure for that 160 kilos is not a good look in a Teddy LOL
hi Tim my ol man bought me up on the back of british bikes and was first on them before i could reach the back pillon pegs (he made up brackets to raise the height of em) traveled all over NSW and VIC as a kid. i am now 40 and have never been without a bike and i think i turned out ok, despite what mates tell me (and the missis some times). keep him on the back mate and secure our lifestyle for the future. enjoy the forums
