nothing new  .....  the scaremongering washes over me and i dont give a fuck

i would actually support the mods banning all future posts on "proposed" new laws.

ok , maybe not quite ...

i dont believe this will blow over, this is a serious push to introduce laws that were knocked backyears ago when Howard tried to force the anti terrorism laws on us,same laws except they are coming at us from a different angle, and introducing small bits of the legislation one at a time. the Australian Crime Commission figures show the club element in organised crime is at an all time low, the conviction rates are at an all time low,and all this noise for less than 3500 people Australia wide. most of the shit going on in NSW is Middle eastern related, nothing to do with clubs.im not one for conspiracy theories but you gotta wonder what the real agenda is.

Angry, may be that it is time for the clubs to mingle in the Community again ?
I know out west NSW when I was a kid all the local club used to have nights in
town at various local pubs and community events...
I dont know but it seems to me like the 1% clubs have gone underground since
    all the terrorist shit.
Anyone who was a shop owner or local business knew the 1%ers personally
but im going back to the 80's and early 90's here when you could still wear
    colours around in public....
Maybe more public appearances in full Colours might take some of the Secrecy
    away from the argument ?

Yeah mate and Clubs used to mingle on show nights,

there was always another club invited from out of town

and you got to meet the other club members and go to

there shows, this appears to be more selective now in

the current environment , may have something to do

with the Club rivalries these days.... Fuck Me im sounding

    OLD....

Let me know if I am out of line with these comments....

wayne.craft, the media and police would have everyone thinking the clubs are at each others throats all day everyday, which is just bullshit, most of the clubs here in Qld get on well, party and ride together fairly regularly, and meet regularly under the UMCQ banner. they get out regularly into the public via bikeshows, swapmeets etc.police harrassement is at anall time high,i get stopped almost dailyand up to 3 or 4 times a day. i doesnt stop me riding but it does take some of the gloss of it.unforunatly the media and police media releases twist the truth to the point members of the public are more intimidated than ever, i recently walked into a well known sunny coast tourist puband immediatly 3 families got up and left. majority of pubs have banned colours, insignia, tattoos etc,so there goes one out and about option, the Expo at the goldy banned colours or club insignia, there goes another option,i was recently asked to leave a Coffee Club premises because my colourswere upsetting customers. so you see the options are running out for club members to getout andabout.

laws laws laws--wev'e already got enough laws that cover so called anti-social behaviour. Everyone knows you muck up you get arrested thats the system that applies to all australians. How can our government introduce laws that specifically target certain groups. Its just fucking vote collecting hype and scare mungering---cheers Grim

I heard and saw something tonight which blew my mind.

33 daylight robberies on pokie venues since last June in Melbourne's northern suburbs by an apparent organised gang.

Why the fuck aren't the cops doing something about this sort of shit instead of hassling charity runs for a couple of canaries?

Isn't this where resources should be directed? Instead let's just throw a $50 grand reward at it and hope the public or some dogging petty crim with an inside clue do the work for us while we are doing more important work

Can you imagine the news story if members of an Outlaw Club caught the armed robbers!

"The Northern Suburbs Armed Robbery gang was today captured by 2 men who held them until Police arrived witnesses said.
Police reported that they were getting close to an arrest and today is proof that Melbournes Criminals will be caught.
Police also said that they were already on their way to the scene as their Intel told them that the Robbers would strike again in this area."

"When Police arrived it seemed that the Robbers had fallen over in their attempt to run from the men who caught them as they had severe head injuries and one had a broken arm. A slippery floor seems to have foiled their escape".

Yeah, that last bit really stinks of 'Boys Club'!
"As is the case for the general crime population,
different interventions exist for police offenders depending on the crime they
have committed. Such interventions need to be tailored towards the offender
group to hopefully dissuade the offence being committed."
