Fuckin backward pricks these politicians are.All of them!!!!!!!!!

More rights for Gays and less rights for motorcycle groups..

Queers can parade down the street in full televised regalia but a group of bike riders can't talk to each other.

Why the fuck do shootings carried out by unknown individuals in a city need to reflect of riders in country areas??

Remember the only arrests they have over random shootings is a man and a woman a few weeks ago.

FFS Australia has well and truely become the country run by dickheads and queer cunz on so many levels.

Persecuted and having laws amended because of a interest in motorcycles is fuckin ludicris.

Tell them to get fucked for me..

I dont understand why theres such an emphasis on 'Bikies' and such little emphasis on 'Organised Criminal Enterprises' - The general public sees 'Harley' and thinks 'Bikie' ....and I havent read about a single 'Ride by shooting' yet.

Dykes on bikes wont be declared an illegal org. so will still be able to associate.
Why are all drive by shootings "bikie " related?
outlaw clubs will soon lose the patch and all Identifying gear, like the mafia, go plain.
How much harder will that make the task force work?

There are soooo many holes in their stupid proposed laws.

"The legislation will allow motorcycle gangs to be declared criminal organisations."   Who decides when a club becomes a gang worth being declared criminal?
Does that include clubs like God Squad, Longriders, Ulysses? They all wear a back patch.
Ahhhhh, are they allowed to be selective?

By making clubs remove their 'colours' they are no longer marked for the Police, making the Police job even harder. Isn't that the reverse of what the Police want? A big back patch saying 'here I am Officer'.

Does disbanding a 'Club or gang' mean those mates can't meet together and enjoy each others company any more? Are they not allowed to choose their own friends?

Some Hot Rod & Custom Car Clubs also wear back patches on their jackets. Ahhh, but that's right, they are all Law abiding citizens.

Does removing patches or banning the 'Club or Gang' ethos make the 'criminal element go away?
According to these laws, if so called 'Crim' clubs are disbanded and no colours are worn, then there will be less criminal activity.
Does that mean if all patches are removed that there will be NO crime at all?

I remember back when Bob Brown attempted to ban Black Helmets.
Thousands of riders, even touring and general commuter type riders that would never normally wear a black open face, bought black helmets and joined in by wearing them.
By sheer numbers the Law was never acted on. Police would have to charge almost every rider on the road because Black helmets were everywhere.

Some might not give a stuff about the 'Club Scene' and the 'Patch', but it's a loss of another right. If they can do this, what will be next? No Custom accessories allowed to be added to any bike? All riders must wear Fluero Yellow Jackets?

    Cheers
    Ken

its a way for the govts to introduce sections of the anti terrorism act, sections that were shutdown during Howards regime. anti association and declarations also re enact the old consorting laws that saw police corruption at its highest. they use the "bikies" because the public have been brainwashed by media and police propaganda into believing they are a real threat to their safety and it makes the politicians look good to be seen to be the defenders of justice and guardians of the public. as for flouro vests, there is a proposal before the govt in Qld now to introduce Hi Vis vest as compulsary. also on the proposal is 0 alcohol for riders, 4 year helmet renewal scheme due to the fact there is no clear standard for helmets in Australia. so while everyone sits on their hands and whinges about what the world is coming too,its already happening now, and until motorcyclists of all persuasions get off their arses and do something about it,we can whinge and bitch but the pollies gonna do it anyway. but if we all get involved in the fight, either by joining one of the motorcycling groups, ie MRAQ, UMCQ etc and supporting them or by passing as much info about the bullshit laws etc, spreading the word wherever you go, to whoever will listen, write letters to your local politician etc. just do something, cos in a few years ,unless you like riding airbag bikes,in your flouro vest, drinking only latte, with your 1year old full face helmet, at 50kmh in daylight hours only,it will be too fucken late.

A number of years ago, the Greens wanted to close all Vioc forests to 4wders, and the government was supporting that.
There was a public meeting called at a school in Daylesford to discuss the issue. The Greenies thought they were home and hosed!
WELL! All the Victorian 4wd clubs, and 4wders not members of clubs were asked (by 4WDVIC) to attend. And we had about 8000 4wders there.
The Greenies were runninga round like headless chooks, and were actually on the phones trying to arrange buses from Melb to bring greenies up to the meeting, but they didn't have time, the meeting was abandoned, and the movement to close the forests was thrown out.
It was a pretty orderley meeting, we were well received, AND WE WON!!
Maybe we need MRA and MA around the country to help arrange a ride or meeting through the heart of the cities around the country to show how many of us ride AND VOTE!

This whole Bikie Menace thing is only taking the heat out of the Boat People Issue....
Flood the Media with the Bikie Menace and you hear nothing about the MILLIONS
spent on these people... Oh and you have to keep making up things in Government
so you can get the BIG BUCKS from Treasury....
If our Government was a business in the market they would be Audited by the ATO,
In Recievership and a World of Hurt......

Ok, well - I'm not quite sure if the average copper really knows their arse from a Bikie.

A kittle over a year ago, in suburban Burwood I stupidly overtook a line of cars up a main road and got trapped at a red light. Amongst those cars was a marked patrol car.

I was on my way to a ride with a bunch of fellas. This was way before my first Harley, way before I got my first vest.... way before my black open face helmet and face mask.

I was wearing a 1 piece leather race suit, AGV Helmet and was riding a brightly coloured Yamaha R1.

Forgetting aside for a minute that my bike had NO mirrors (you dont need mirrors on the track) and the token indicators were LED flushmounts that didnt fit the required specs for roadworthiness...the question to end all questions came out.

"Are you part of an Outlaw Motorcycle Gang?"

I shit you not, I stood there - looking at the officers deadpan and said "No"

    and that....was it.

Now, ya might read that story and think "Non event" ....but if you think stupid fawking questions are the biggest problems we're going to have from the uneducated Plod about what constitutes as a Bikie...well, I think we'd all better brace ourselves.

Once they drive the clubs underground and ban colors where all be in the firing line. When the cops see two or three riders in a group they will be pulled and ran through the ringer looking for warrants and defects etc. They wont be happy untill they get rid of the biker lifestyle altogether. If you wear black leather, black helmet and ride a Harley you will be labeled and treated like a terrorist. The times are a changing so enjoy your freedom while you can in this lucky cuntry.
