I'm after a few suggestion for something to add to the spot where the horn was located above the motor any suggestions.  I relocated my horn behind battery as I dont like the look of the bell horn.  I still want to see the motor, was thinking of a plain Harley badge to cover where the bolt was (small round or oval shaped).  I've attached a photo of area so it makes more sense.

How did you get the rubber mount out? Mine wont budge! Also how relocate the horn?
Drill a hole to mount the horn in the back of the battery cradle and mount it there?
I havent had the battery out to see whats behind it.

A mate has that eagle head on his Road King and itza quality lookin' bit of gear. But I like the forum badge idea - you've removed a big chunk and the engine is now the focus. Why hide it again?

Thanks for your informative comment, nice to see somethings never change.

Thanks also to the other responders.  I will probably find a badge of some sort, may even consider the forum one when I get a chance to check the dimensions.  The eagle did look pretty flash, however would probably be a bit over the top.  I am also trying to restrict the cash I've been spending on the black1.

nhb006, there was no horn fitted to my bike when I got it, so it didn't have any rubber mount problems.  I got the horn relocation idea from Kingchops post on the forum.  Nice looking bike you've got.

I have attached a link to his thread, very informative with photo's.

I just purchased a cheap $15 ebay horn and seperated the wiring so I could relocate it.  I then hide the horn up behind the battery box and under the seat using a couple of plastic wire ties through the holes in the battery box to secure (no drilling required).  Horn sounds like shit but who cares as I never use it and only needed it to get my bike licenced.

Nothing. Not sure about Dynas but on the softails you can remove the post that the coil is fitted to.
Shorter coil wires and less clutter around the oil tank.
