I still would like to do the t-shirts in future but we'll need to put some though into simplifying the whole process, probably will just get a whole lot made and just sell them through an on-line store, not pre-order as before.
Just buy them in bundles of 50 at a time and send them out, couple of members to help... KC you didnt say if you were interested in expanding with an investor in each state ?
The Profit could go into setting up a Headquarters in each state
that has enough members to move forward with the Forum,

There is no work involved by any members. All we did was uploaded the artwork. They do everything else. Take orders, print, and post. EVERYTHING.
All profit comes to the Club.
They are in USA but they are pretty fast, usually within 10 days. Our club gets the profit cheque sent directly to us.Even YOU get to choose the profit margin.
Worth considering.
